Where's my nail mail?!
We can't wait to send you the happiest mail ever! Here is the timeline for shipping:
Billing/Shipping Timeline:
If you sign up between the 1st of the month and the end of the month, your first box will be our monthly box, shipping the following month. For example, if you signed up on June 15th, your first box would be our July box, shipping at the beginning of July or end of June (we like to ship early when we can!).
Your next renewal date would be on July 10th for August's box, shipping in August.
We bill on the 10th of every month, which we refer to as your "renewal".
If you prepay in 3/6/12 month increments (when available for purchase), you'll be recharged on the 10th in 3/6/12 months for another 3/6/12 month period.
To skip, cancel, or adjust your plan login to your account. If you have a 3/6/12 month account and would like to skip a month, please email us at contact@lanternandwren.com BEFORE THE 10TH OF THE MONTH and we will adjust your account to skip the next box.
Please cancel before the 10th of the month to avoid being charged. We do not offer refunds after we have charged.
When you cancel, that cancels the subscription, avoiding any future charges. It will not cancel your initial order, so if you sign up for 1/3/6/12 months payments, and then cancel, you will still get the boxes you already paid for, but it will prevent future charges and shipments after your initial subscription term runs out.
